Will, also Asset Management Executive at Helical PLC, is responsible for development at Renaissance Villages. Will has more than 10 year’s experience within the construction sector. Will leads all areas of planning, construction and sales for the company’s developments.
Secretary / Office Administrator
Julie joined the team in 2013 and provides a vital role in supporting the company’s varied programme of events and activities. She has a solid background in managing the demands of a busy, professional administrative function and gives first class support to the operational teams.
Village Manager, Millbrook Village
David arrived at Millbrook as Village Manager at the beginning of 2016 this being an exciting time when there will be a substantial growth in our resident numbers. David’s past 10 years has been spent as the Property Manager for the University of Exeter and was responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs to over 260 properties accommodating 22,000 students and staff.
Village Manager, Durrants Village
Frank became Village Manager at Durrants Village in August 2016 and brings with him a wealth of experience from his career in the hospitality sector. Frank has a strong ethos on providing innovative services and raising standards across the site.
Village Manager, Bramshott Place
Stacey joined Bramshott Place as Village Manager in October 2016 and boasts over 20 years of experience in hospitality and facilities management roles. She has also managed various luxury hotels both in the UK and USA.
Head of UK Retirement Living, Savills
Henry acts as a strategic advisor to Helical PLC on the retirement sector, and provides us with the benefit of his experiences in the UK retirement market and overseas to guide and inform . Prior to rejoining Savills, Henry was a partner in a retirement developer and care home operation group.
Area Sales Manager, Savills Retirement Living
Fab, is responsible for the day to day management of our sales teams and sales process across the Renaissance Villages portfolio. Fab joined Savills from a leading retirement developer and has a distinguished career in retirement sales and management. She is passionate about delivering best in class service to the Renaissance Villages customers.
Associate Director, Savills
Jo is an Associate Director at Savills and brings with her 7 years of experience in property management. With a strong history of managing commercially successful portfolios she has expertly managed skilled teams and focuses on a five-star customer service to all residents.
Property Manager, Retirement Living, Savills
Ruby has over 4 years of experience in residential property management, and is au fait with complex leases, service charges and service charge budgets. Ruby is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
